  • Comments: I think this race was limited by bad weather and a bad road but on a nicer day and a newly paved road this could be one of my favorites... a lot of buzz which is nice.

  • Comments: The roads here really limit what could be a very nice race. Also, the T area is getting pretty crowded... there are a lot of athletes crammed into a small space and the in/out was very congested. Overall it's a nice race in a decent venue, but they need to work with the City of Hermantown to get the roads repaved. This could be a premier race - the organization and volunteers are great.

  • Comments: I like this race but it's quite a drive. I've done it 3 years and while the competitive part of me wants to go back and do it better, I've seen the road deteriorate over three years and I don't know that I want to subject myself to more of the same when there are other races closer and with better course conditions.

  • Comments: Excellant race with super volunteers and great fellow racers...road for bike portion is very bumpy and patched maybe typical for Northern MN? Excellant lay out for spectators as well.
