  • Comments: A well organized race at a great facility with tons of volunteers. I would have loved for the "play pool" to be running so that I cold hit the water slide and the whirlpool after the race... :-)

  • Comments: OA rank is for women only. There is no OA with both men and women. This is a fun race. The organizers do a nice job, there is a nice supply of post race food and a massage tent. This is the second year I've done this one and I would gladly do it again.

  • Comments: A well organized race with tons of volunteers. My only gripe would be the lack of timing splits for T1 and T2.

  • Comments: Great venue, well organized. The water stations on the run were spaced a bit weird. I think the first was at about 1/2 way and the second was about a mile after that, pretty close to the end of the run. There were a LOT of volunteers on the bike course to control traffic. AWESOME! There were probably 8 or 10 massage tables! For a race this small that was surprising. I usually don't get one because the lines are usually so long but this one was well staffed with massage therapists! The food/drink spread was the best I've seen for a race this size as well. There were bagels, cream cheese, cold cuts, whole foods nutrition bars, fruit... Nice spread. This one will def stay on my race schedule!

  • Comments: The race was well marked, organized, and fun! I had several friends racing their first triathlon with me this day. It was so much fun racing with them. They each put in a lot of hard work and had great results. I am proud of them and happy I could share the experience with them.

  • Comments: This is a relatively new, reverse order tri. It is fun to do, but hard to compare to other races due to the order. Everyone struggled in the swim, according to spectators. The bike course is hilly, some short rollers, some slow, steady climbs. None are really hard. The pool is beautiful, and felt refreshing when I got in. There were plenty of volunteers and plenty of lifeguards. My sister-in-law DNF'd, and the policeman and volunteers were so sweet to her, getting her off the course. Food was plenty, even at the end of the race. The T-shirt was cool with a kokopelli on it. Had to love it. Was fun doing race with Richard, Ashley, James, Peggy , and Elizabeth. Peggy and Liz dnf'd on the bike. The altitude and hills got to them. There were a couple of area that could be improved. The bike course had an intersection where the bikers coming out of transition, and those finishing cross paths. Elizabeth nearly crashed here. It's a really poor design, and it's only a matter of time before
