  • Comments: This year they had to re-setup the transition area AFTER most people were racked. They did not put up enough racks for the amount of bikes. I also heard they had astro turf to put down over the gravel transition but the organizer decided not to use it. Strawbridge road is dangerous. No questions about it. Other than that it is a nice race. Everyone is friendly and does a great job. The poor decision making in the beginning did throw people off. Hopefully next year it will be better.

  • Comments: the pool start really takes the wind out of you in bib # 176, but there were over 300 to go. I would love to see them move to a river start, but that is not likely. Lots of great people and community support.

  • Comments: This was a great first triathlon for me. Learned that I can do this. Just need to increase my speed and endurance for runs and biking. Along as decreasing my transition time.
