  • Comments: This was a very warm day. It went well until the last 5 kms then the heat overcame me. My last 5 kms slowed down by 40 seconds. Better luck next year.

  • Comments: I really liked this race. The course is well set up and passes by lots of landmarks. There are quiet sections but they have big aid stations, marching bands and other entertainment. I thought it was really cool to run right on the ground of Rideau Hall (the Governor General's residence) and finishing along the canal at City Hall was very convenient.

  • Comments: This race is amazing. Not only it is a great course but it is for a very good cause. The race itself has raised $300K for the soldier charity. I would highly recommend this race to anyone! http://www.armyrun.ca/
