  • Comments: Nice experience for a first time triathlete. The organizers were very friendly and answered all my questions.

  • Comments: Post race activities are the best I've been to. Free food for all the families is a big plus when your wife is bringing the 4 year old along. It's important to me for both of them to have a positive experience and the in/post-race activities really helped. Planning on going back next year.

  • Comments: Started late, apparently due to the police being slow to arrive on the bike course and some other last-minute issues. Bummer about the shortened run, but I don't think that ruined the experience for anyone. Good selection of post-race food (I didn't think smoked sausage would be at all appealing at 9:30am after a hard, hot race, but it tasted great!), relaxed atmosphere, good organization. Perhaps not the race for a hardcore purist or those who like a lot of frills, but I definitely enjoyed it.

  • Comments: I thought this was a very well run race. I can't think of anything to complain about at all! I would do it again in a heartbeat. I had lots of fun. I'm really glad I got to race this together with my wife, we had a great day together.

  • Comments: I really liked this race. I only have 1 race to compare it to but this one started on time and everyone was friendly. I will be there next year. And I will swim faster and bike harder.

  • Comments: Wind faught the crew settig up bouys. Race started a good 20-30 min late. Dificulty with the timing system but it wasa the first time trying a new software application, corrected but it delayed awards. RRP puts on a good mom and pop type race!
