  • Comments: a great xterra course. Although my time was off by over 5 minutes from last year, I had a great time. Especially since my family was there to cheer me on.

  • Comments: Good race put on by Middle Ring Cycles. Nice trails, but they need some trail love. The run is epic, and beautiful as it hugs the shoreline of Badin Lake. I held back on the bike as I didn't want to have another melt down like at Du Nats. I also learned a valuable lesson on my race nutrition, 3rd year racing XTERRA's and I still have a lot to learn. Overall, I'm happy with my performance, and happy to put the last race behind me.
