  • Comments: It's a memorial race for someone who was very active in the Rochester running scene. Obviously something special for those putting it on. Gotta love the small, no-production races like this that are done just for the love of the sport.

  • Comments: I bested my goal by 6 minutes SWEET. This race came up out of the blue. We are training at this distance and farther so it fit right in. Hope I surprised Mike a little with my improvement. Thanks Mike. Feeling good with scheduled Marthon now. still needs some longer runs.
