  • Comments: Had to bug out as soon as I crossed the finish line due to severe weather headed towards race venue. Oh, and no freaking finishers medal!! AAHHH! I'm a medal ho! However, I did come in 2nd in my age group so I think they may have an award for me. Need to call them and have them send it to me. Other than that, I really need to pay attention to which way the swim is going prior to getting in the water. That was pretty lame of me.

  • Comments: It was terrible weather, was ready for a sprint tri and it was converted to this length. A little too short for what I needed that day. Registered as Clyde; placed #2 Clyde

  • Comments: Had a great time with this being my first race. I think I would have really enjoyed it much more if the rain would have held off till after like noon. . then I could have at least warmed up and watched a couple of heats instead of starting so rushed. The wet grounds also slowed my biking, I believe if I get riding shoes and clip pedals I can take my riding to another level. On the run it wasnt that I didnt have the endurance I was talking like I hadnt just finished my 1st tri afterwards. . my ankle really really hurt me pretty much from the 1st step of the run.

  • Comments: First race was AWESOME! I can't wait to do my next one. I do ART at triathlons, so finding one to do that isn't on the same day as one I work is hard. Guess I'll just have to get faster so I can race and work the same races! Got some ART and cold laser on the calf the next day and am ready to go run!
