  • Comments: Based on my fitness coming in, not a bad race but definitely below the level I would like to perform. 6 minutes slower than last year but with much less training so overall not a bad result but hopefully next year I come back stronger.

  • Comments: Very happy; wanted to go under 2:15 but a few factors resulted in being a little slower. Despite the non-wetsuit swim, rain on the bike and a run that was a little long I was pretty close.
