  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: My first 5K after the Tri season (2nd 5K ever, if you don't count 1 season of HS Cross Country back in 1985). Reached my goal of sub 7's. After the 6:20 first mile, averaged a 7:08 pace the rest of the way. A nice bonus was the 1st place AG placing (Only 7 in my AG but a podium's a podium right? Event was well organized and fun. Will do next year.
