  • Comments: Warmer than last year, I didn't get enough sleep the night before, woke up late, still 3 minutes faster than last year, most in first run and transitions. Bike was tough due to wind and lack of training recently. Get it together for next year

  • Comments: Really well marked course, lots of police coverage, volunteers helpful. Course is very scenic right on the Fox River. Definitely on my list next year.
