  • Comments: A fun local turkey trot! It was great to do it with the whole family. The mood is super family-friendly and relaxed and the event is organized very well. My cousin and his wife ran with their two kids in a jogging stroller and they said the race would probably be better with a separate wave for the strollers -- they were worried about getting in people's way and felt like they had to be super careful. But the strollers didn't bother me. I like having all of the kids and families running together. It's not like I'm going to take a turkey trot all that seriously.

  • Comments: This was a very nice local race. It's a very family-friendly event -- they even give discounts for families that sign up together -- and the atmosphere is festive and fun. Everything was well organized, results were up immediately after the race, and the course was surprisingly pretty and diverse, considering we were just running around a mall. I'd definitely do it again.
