  • Comments: Happy to be done. Disappointed in reacting so poorly to the cold water. Thought of quiting after the first 100m.

  • Comments: Despite the weather this year, this is one of my favourite races. Very well run, volunteers are fantastic, and the scenery can't be beat. Looking forward to doing it again in 2014 -- keeping my fingers crossed for sunshine!

  • Comments: What a great day we had! Relay is a fun thing to do at the end of the tri season. Here's a relay race result. We had total 22 teams. (5 ladies teams). http://www.sportstats.ca/displayResults.xhtml?racecode=106254 Thank you coach for spending time with Ninja Girls 2 for all day! It was great to toast at Bulkan Restaurant! Cheers!

  • Comments: Fantastic race -- couldn't have pictured anything better. Racing through the most beautiful scenery in Canada, very enthusiastic and helpful volunteers, friendly competitors, very well organized -- I think I've been spoiled!
