  • Comments: I enjoyed the race and felt it was very well managed. Everyone was helpful and encouraging and I never felt confused about directions, etc. I would recommend it. I'm glad to see that others felt the hills as well. They were never ending but all things considered, I think I was as prepared as I could be for my very first tri!

  • Comments: Tri The Parks race series always does a good job. It's a low key race. They do everything well. Nothing fantastic or 'wow!', but all the basics are well done. This particular venue is excellent. Quiet country roads. Attractive neighborhood.

  • Comments: Afterwards I hung out with the All3sports team chatting and goofing off, and talked to everyone I knew out there about how their race went, etc. It was a solid effort which I was able to edge out 3rd in my AG, finishing just 6 seconds ahead of 4th AG. A bit closer than I perfer. Nonetheless, getting on the podium is getting on. Awards seemed to take a bit longer to start than normal, but then they got rolling. TTP takes a picture of all they guys/women that metaled, and then All3Sports took a group shot. All-in-all, it was a good day.

  • Comments: This was a well run event in a beautiful venue. I recommend this event highly. One of the closest to Atlanta. Free parking.

  • Comments: Good race. Lots of volunteers, bike course seemed to be safe in terms of car traffic, good post race drinks and food. I'll do this race again next year.

  • Comments: I wouldn't say the course was 'just right' for my ability. It was a bit hard for me, but I don't think it was 'too hard'. It was really nice to be able to race in a novice group, since this was my second OWS, and I had a massive panic attack during the first. I was able to place 2nd, and more importantly, I was able to conquer the swim!!

  • Comments: I'll probably be back again: its a toss up between this one and the Rock n'Rollman sprint in Macon. Both are excellently run and equally challenging.

  • Comments: First time at this location so you figured there would be hickups but the Park Series is super organized with plenty of volunteers. No hickups that I noticed, they do a great job. Perfect place for specatators to watch the swim, transition, finish all from an elevated spot.
