  • Comments: This was the first event that I've done that was "women only". It was an entirely different atmosphere, and it was quite surprising to start out at the front of the pack. I prefer having male booties to look at.

  • Comments: I was a little disappointed that they started presentations before my friend and I finished. Yes, we were last, and very close to the cutoff, but they also packed up the mid-lap drink station before we got there, and were throwing out the last lot of water as we passed. There won't be a finisher photo of us either, because the camera crew weren't there. I know we were slow, but shit.
