  • Comments: The Kansas City Corporate Challenge crew does a great job with their events. The KC Running Company is also a great help and provided excellent timing services, race results were online already when I checked in the early afternoon.

  • Comments: This race is challenging and packed with talented runners. The post race recovery food was good as usual, they have chocolate milk which is my preferred recovery drink. This race is mainly put on by the Johnson County Parks and Recs crew and they always do a great job.

  • Comments: This is part of the Kansas City Corporate Challenge competition. Probably one of the most competitive 5K's in the area. Mens winner ran 15:34, I averaged 6:52 miles but still was 25th in AG.
