  • Comments: One of the best races I have ever done, very comprable to the official IM events, actually, it's probably better because there is the extra personal attention. This is my very best IM effort and I know I would have PR'd for the distance if it were an easier course.

  • Comments: This was my first iron-distance race and I think it went well. Lots of great volunteers, good support from police and was overall very well run. I cant wait to do it again someday!

  • Comments: This is a terrific, well organized race. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to do a tough but beautiful course. The swim (when I could see) was amazing. The bike had a lot of views of Lake Mead and surrounding rocks and hills. The run had great views overlooking Las Vegas and the city lights. Lastly, the race director did an excellent job putting on a well organized and terrific race. I believe this is the first 5 I have ever given to a race.

  • Comments: This race is awesome and I am definitely doing it again next year. I have unfinished business with that lake and want to do even better on the bike and run. I am really pleased with how I finished but want to do even better, especially on the swim. The RD and staff were great and the volunteers were awesome. All of the aid stations were setup to where I didn't miss any of them and easily got everything I needed. I made sure to thank all of them that I could. (I think I already said that but they were great so I will keep on saying it.) Also, you get great schwag! A really nice Silverman backpack with 3 water bottles, a pair of racetech TYR swim goggles, Silverman headsweats visor, Silverman blanket, Silverman T-Shirt, Silverman playing cards, nutrition items and more. Then a awesome finishers medal and finishers T-Shirt. Can't wait until next year. Anyone want to join me?
