  • Comments: The only part of the race that i hated were the roads! I like Trisport Canada raced as they have lots of participants, lots of volunteers and very well organized. This was the site of my first race last year (first race was Guelph Lakes II) and I was determined to do better even though it was a longer distance. I am happy that I did do better and I will be back again at Guelph Lakes II to beat last years time! I've been doing endurance training/racing for less than a year and i'm happy that my results are showing. I'm SLOWLY getting better but i'm noticing an improvment and thats good motivation for me.

  • Comments: The bike sucked because of the cramps but my runs were great. I did good.
