• Comments: Good race. I much prefer this "new" route to the 2010 route. Most of the race was scenic. Downtown, UofL campus, Old Louisville, Churchill Downs, and the Highlands were all enjoyable with interesting architecture and landscaping. The hilly 3 miles through Iroquois Park are pleant in spring. A couple of small patches of the route were run down, but not much. Crowd support was good, especially at the start, finish and through UofL.
