• Comments: Best effort but not good enough. Time to get back to work. No GI distress - better off without the AM smoothie.

• Comments: Hard to know how to rate these as this was my first race. The Buttar folks were very helpful. They conducted a Webinar on Weds. night before the race that answered a lot of questions. Definitely, got me hooked and we plan to do another one of theirs in July.
