• Comments: They had several confusing and 1 unmarked turn on a trail run in a park. The race director said the un-marked turn was marked at race start... They really needed a volunteer or two out in that park.

• Comments: Need to continue to lose the weight. Also need to not hold back as much. Post-race I felt as if I hadn't done any workout at all.
