Comments: I feel like I'm getting better with each race. I really want to try a much longer race but I'm signed up for this series of short races. It's probably a blessing in disguise, because this way I'll get lots more practice with the baby distances and that's not such a bad thing. Goals for next race: make the Garmin work properly!; really hammer the swim (the venue is renowned for flat water); chop at least 10sec off my T1; mount the bike more smoothly & ride with an effort that's sort between Elwood and Sandringham. Not much to ask, is it? :P
