  • Comments: Nutrition for next Oly: 1. Follow guidelines for eating before race. Ensure proper calorie consumption in the hours preceeding start. 2. Try to take in 200 to 300 cals per hour. i.e. some sports drink just before start, infinit on the bike, a little water/gel or some gatorade on the run.

  • Comments: They didn't use timing chips which was weird. Otherwise, it was a good race. There were just two aid stations on the run, would have liked a third. Overall, nice course, nice race.

  • Comments: TBF always does a good race and I look forward to supporting this Saturday Olympic distance for years to come.
