  • Comments: Hard to taper for any races without screwing the marathon plan. 2 weeks from now is even worse - 29k run on the same day as my mud hero obstacle race. Want to taper a few days, but don't want to miss training targets.

  • Comments: I believe I had it in me to break the 2 hr. barrier on this day if the course was flatter and there were no cramping issues.
