  • Comments: The volunteers are amazing and the race is well run. This year there were still activities and people hanging around for us slow folks. The participants are friendly and encouraging as well! My husband and I enjoy attending this event every year. It is my first race of the season and always gets me going for the rest of the year.

  • Comments: Not much in the way of post-race activities. No aid stations on the bike (not unusual for an oly) and only two on the run. The ribbon attached to the medal says "Naples Valey, CA" instead of "Napa Valley, CA". But it was actually run well. The transition area was great. Plenty of what food there was afterwards. The course was beautiful. And for $50, it was a great deal. Would do the race again, or would race with HITS again if the location was appropriate.

  • Comments: This was my first ever triathlon, spoiled by the great organization and beautiful transition area, security was top notch, directions to the race site could have been better
