  • Comments: Wasn't too bad, but very hard to hear in the Natorium, body marking was ugly (wrong tipped markers, conflicting guidance given to volunteers), but the weather didn't help that out much. Course marshalling wasn't too bad, some of the volunteers looked like they didn't want to be there (don't blame them, it was 52 and rainy!) but still thanked them all as I headed pass them and cheered them up a little! Would have been much better on a sunny day, but good job despite the sucky weather!

  • Comments: I love this race, but then again I am biased. They listened to a lot of suggestions we had last year concerning the transition area and did a lot to address it. Redemption race promotions always has put on a good race and this was no exception.

  • Comments: I really enjoyed this race, the volunteers were super! I liked the course, and would definitely like to do it again! Plus we got 2 shirts!! A tech shirt AND a cotton shirt, awesome!!! And my hubby is now officially a triathlete! And he liked it!

  • Comments: I've only been in one but this one seemed really well run. Great communication. Informative, easy and open to all. Already have it on my calendar for next year. May make it an annual thing.

  • Comments: Very good race, particularly for the first event. Great commuication pre-race via FB and email. Great staff and volunteers. Course was great and most on Texas A&M campus. Minor road hazards on bike course well marked. Good vibe among racers with runners often cheering for each other on the course. Definately will be back next year to do this one again.

  • Comments: Honestly really liked this race. Liked the people, the communication leading up to, during and after. Also the course is awesome. Some of the imperfections in the bike surface really weren't their fault. It's on a college campus during the summer and there is a ton of construction. It's just a byproduct. I'd definitely do this race again, and this is coming from someone who had sworn off pool swims.
