  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: I like this race, best water ever to swim in, good bike course just rough road, and the trail run makes it a change of pace for me. I got 3rd in my age group which was good and I feel much better about my swim, I'm not sure what happen in Lafayette. This is just a fun event to do and to shake the rust of winter off.
