  • Comments: Good first tri of season. An eye opener. I need more run training & more power on the swim. I'll make sure I eat a banana(potassium) & hopefully prevent cramping in the future.

  • Comments: LOVED THIS RACE ALOT! the voluteers were great and also the support from the people who live in the area were awesome! very organized also, will definelty do this race next year
