  • Comments: I learned something about power meters. It is hard to maintain watts with constant changes in hills/wind/turns. After the race i found that adjusting my power to avg every 30 seconds instead of every 3 seconds is more useful.

  • Comments: its great to get to race in new orleans again. i think the site is an improvement over UNO for the swim. Always enjoy Premier Event Races

  • Comments: Live music at the post-race party would have been perfect. Overall, it was a good day for my first complete Tri.

  • Comments: They made a couple of changes and made the race much better. There used to be a 1/2 mile run in between the swim exit and the transition area. It was real close this time.
