Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: I won the Zipp 808's at the end, so I can't complain! Overall this was a good race for me, it was my second time at Waconia, third overall triathlon, and I loved it.

Comments: Event was a bit late due to change in swim course forcing us to wait for the elites to almost finish thw swim before we could get going. Well run otherwise, and probably a good decision to shorten the swim as water conditions were tough. I did something I have never done before since I started running at age 12 - I forgot to start my watch at the starting line! DOH!

Comments: Overall a great race... I will be commenting on my Garmin 310xt performance in the other forums. Training... it's working wonders, but it has failed twice now in races... :( (notice I have no additional lap data available!?)
