  • Comments: Great time! Flat course for the most part. Felt really strong Mile splits were fantastic. Last 4 miles were very evenly paced, thanks John! Look forward to racing next week. I'm ready to break 20 minutes in a 5K!!

  • Comments: I liked the race overall. I'm not sure why there were drink stations for a 5 mile race though. All in all, I'm really glad I ran!
