  • Comments: I dont think they expected so many ppl. They only had a small area to check in. Good thing for me i checked in the day before. They were using disposable timining too so i just parked and went to the start line.

  • Comments: This event was okay. Part of the Midwest Sports Events, these races tend to be okay for the beginners but not at the high quality of some other local races. It was amazing to be running in Feb and it was so nice out!!

  • Comments: Not very well organized. From picking up the bibs and shirts to the start line to a water stop with only one volunteer who couldn't keep up (poor guy). Very amatuer with organization. The kicker was the race director, while giving out awards, proceeded to say on the PA that "we are not going to wait for the slow people" with a little chuckle. I do believe they paid the same entry as everyone else and it is the same, if not bigger accomplishment for those people. EXTREMELY RUDE!

  • Comments: Race was put together decently. Not much going on after the run except for hot chocolate, bananas and cookies. Gotta love the block of cheese and chocolate bar you get at the finish line though!

  • Comments: Police blocking the major intersections and Lots of volenteers on the course especially considering how cold it was. There were only distance markers at 3 and 6, I ad hoped for markers at every mile since my polar has become unreliable and my Nike+Ipod also wasn't working well.

  • Comments: Race was set up pretty well. Everything was on time and there were 3-4 water stops on the 15k route. Police officers at all intersections directing traffic. That was nice. Can't beat hot chocolate, Seroogy's chocolates and a cheese block at the finish!
