  • Comments: There is nothing not to like about this race. Downhill for the first 6km, over 10,000 runners, very well organized, a great cause, awesome run!

  • Comments: Only issue was with the location of the finish and the exit from the venue through one small gate in the fence.

  • Comments: Being down hill is challenging on my quads. Really felt it post race. Happy with my day, as this is a PB for me. Nice to see that all the work is paying off.

  • Comments: A record 12,000 runners toed the start line and took over Canada's most famous Yonge street in the 12th Sporting Life 10K, easily Canada's Fastest 10K. Well, not an official PB, even though Garmin's time was significantly different, but 10th percentile in my AG is quite respectable. One day, I hope to run 10K in a time less than my age.
