  • Comments: This is a very low key race, reverse order, and is a fund raiser for a church Boy Scout Troop. I went in with this understanding. Overall this was the perfect race for me to get back into the grove again. The event was well organized, post activities were appropriate, and everyone was having fun. This is an excellent race for a first triathlon event. I had a great race. Goal was 1:20 and I came in at 1:14:50. I really feel good about that. Built my confidence a lot. I'm anxious to race again!
