  • Comments: This race was VERY hilly. I did do some training on hills - but let's just say I had some few choice words for some of those hills...

  • Comments: the last mile was a loop around the Haskell campus with the final 1/4 mile a loop on the track of the football stadium. This was really nice with lots of people in the stands cheering us on. I got a nice chorus of "BAREFOOT GUY" on the track

  • Comments: tons of people doing this race, it's on concrete trail system so if you have issue with that then I would avoid. My goal was a 1:39 I set PR at this race (old PR was 1:45 @ Topeka/Auburn 1/2 1-21-06)
