  • Comments: I have done 4 races. This was by far the best. It helped that the day was perfect. There were so many mashalls and police that there is no way you could go wrong on the courses. The transition area was good and the food at the end was great (chocolate milk! great). I will try to make it back next year.

  • Comments: This really is a good race (despite my issues with the bike course). I just had no motivation going into the race, knowing I was severly undertrained. I went into this with an "I am participating, not racing" mentality and actually enjoyed myself without the pressure of wanting a certain time, etc.

  • Comments: I couldn't thank all the wonderful volunteers enough. It was my first olympic distance tri and a hard one (especially swim)but I was able to get through with great help from volunteers at aid stations who not only handed me drinks but also ran backwards so I could get them easily without spilling them and a kayaker who reminded me that I was going wrong way and pointed me to the right direction. The sound of drums from the marching band(?) on the uphill of run course was great help also. I never knew the sounds of drum could raise my sprits that well. They also had a nice raffle prizes of which I won K-swiss shoes & Road ID Gift certificate. I'd like to come back next year and do little better.

  • Comments: For the second year in a row I have to say that the volunteers make this my favorite race.

  • Comments: very well organized event. very competitive, lots of great athletes. volunteers were great and the post race food was perfect
