  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Looking at split times, the girl who came second had a slightly slower swim (26sec) , and slightly faster bike (34sec) but a much faster run. I won this on transitions really, she had a total of 4:28 min vs my 1:53. A small, well organized village race. Looking forward to defending my title next year.
