• Comments: Better than last year, better run course and more drink stations. This is a great local race with lots of competition.

• Comments: Great race. I like the new course. Great mental effort today. Wasn't too scared of the swim compared to prior races. Bike greatly improved. Run not improved, but hasn't fallen off as much as I feared. I can improve more on the swim. If I were training more specifically for this distance, I could ride and run faster too. 29/338 males.
