  • Comments: Beautiful day, coastal course. Ran first 28k with 4 hour pacer but cramp slowed me down to a run/ walk after that. Enjoyed the event but disappointed with the cramp. Start delayed because of the traffic - we were caught in it so no stretching or warm up!
