  • Comments: always a fun race to do. I had bad abdominal cramps just below my rib cage for about 4 hours after the race I think it was related diaphragm spasm. It felt a lot like really bad stomach flu but seemed better when I raised my hands and lengthened by core.

  • Comments: This race is one of my favorite races. The course has just the right amount of challenge for me and it is a good race to gauge my training progress. I actually did very well at this race. I was a whole [red]20 minutes[/red] faster this year as compared to last year! I am very happy with my performance.

  • Comments: A great race to start the season, and to have as the first ever! Peopel were very polite, and it was not too big!

  • Comments: I love this race. It is one of my favorites. They always have a great t-shirt and the best part about them is that they are not white. I am not a fan of white shirts. The race site is beautiful and it is pretty well organinzed for the small race fee. It is the least expensive race I will do this year yet ranks at the top in my opinion.
