  • Comments: WOOHOO! Completed my first triathlon. The swim was difficult, but I got through it and will be better prepared next time. I enjoyed the day. I subsequently competed again in September (pool swim), with better results (at least for the swim).

  • Comments: Ok, I rated it best but I have no background or anything to compare it to. Well, this is why: 1. The fellow atheletes were a great bunch, 2. The volunteers were helpful and spent time with the newbies, 3. Its for a good cause, and 4. I am a veteran and the race was concieved and organized by a veteran. All in all, it was great fun, I already signed up for my second tri!

  • Comments: The course roads should have been fixed for the potholes. Also the volunteers didn't do enough at the key cross sections of the bike (near beginning of course). The road should have been marked off from pedestrians for the bike near the event. Had to slow down for them when coming in. Very frustrating.

  • Comments: No medical units that I could find to check my blood sugar level. I found volunteers for everything but no medical.
