  • Comments: Fun race with 4 girlfriends from my running group. I had done the Houston 1/2 in January and then right after that, joined BT just to post a RUNNING log (not for long) and a tri club just to do the free RUNNING speedwork (not for long). PR'ed at Vancouver by >11 minutes. The whole experience was a blast and we loved the city.

  • Comments: Pleased with overall result considering I didn't expect much. Really did set out just to complete the distance for training. Felt really good most of the way and afterwards.

  • Comments: The aid stations were giving out ultima. I'm a gatorade guy, so I just drank water and ate a gel and a pack of sport beans.

  • Comments: I had a good time in general, I just wished I had some more warm clothes at the finish but it's a detail. Considering that this was a first for me, I'm really really happy.
