  • Comments: First ever race at a the Olympic distance; 5K run, 40K bike, 10K run. Thought I did well..... I did exceed my expectations.

  • Comments: Very good race! First 5K, very good. Bike segment @ 19.9 MPH, a PR for me! and the last 5K, I was hampered by the heat.
