• Comments: I did good. Felt sick as a dog on the bike but made up for some of it on the final run and came out with a top 10.

• Comments: Praise the Lord I've raced at Guelph Lake again! Doing the Duathlon was right call considering my training and everything going on. What a change from last year!! It was a great effort and a magical day in many ways, thank you God!
