Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: Main complaint is the swim location. Way too rocky, both getting in and out of the water. Maybe they could add those mats that I've seen at other races all the way from the edge of the water through the entire transition area.

Comments: Lack of volunteers on this race kind of messed up with the Bike in. I think they should have had a sign there just like they had it everywhere else. Although with the lack of volunteers, I liked this better than Lake Las Vegas Tri, but not better than IronGirl.

Comments: Decent race I guess. Expo was lame, t-shirt was lame, finishers medal was sweet and they gave out free coffee mugs. This race has been going on for 15 years or something, but it's too hilly for me. Cut the crap out of my feet and hand on the rocks in the lake during the swim. And doesn't anybody organize FLAT race courses anymore??? I won't be back for this one.
