• Description: Together, we're improving health disadvantage in our community. All proceeds from the event will go towards funding programs which help make a positive difference for children living with illnesses or disability such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism or Downs Syndrome.
  
  
  For over 20 years the Rotary Club of Highton has organised the Barwon Banks Fun Run, an exciting and increasingly popular event.
  Since partnering with United Way Geelong Region in 2006 the event has doubled in size with over 1,000 budding athletes running in 2010 and raised over $24,000 for those in need in our Community.
  
  Because life's not that easy for everyone, be a part of this iconic all abilities fun run which stretches along Geelong's picturesque Barwon River. As places are strictly limited, we encourage people to register early to avoid disappointment.
  
  Tonnes of prizes to be given away, but how about the real prize of that elevating feeling of knowing you've helped someone in great need?
