Stability Ball Knee-Lift Crunch
Main Muscle: Abdominals
Mechanics Type: Compound
Sit on a stability ball and place your legs shoulder width apart on the floor. Walk your feet out as you roll yourself down until the lower part of your back is on the top of the ball. With your elbows wide and chin off the chest, crunch as you lift the right knee in the air. Before lowering the shoulders to the ball, lower the right leg. Perform another crunch as you lift the left knee in the air. Do not rush through this exercise as you perform a stability ball crunch while lifting each leg. Focus on proper breathing and do not hold your breath. Keep your neck relaxed and be sure to crunch with the abs and not just lift the legs.
