Bosu ball weighted squats stability exercise with picture and video.


Squats - weighted
Hold a weight in each hand and stand on the Bosu with your feet shoulder width apart. Slowly lower your body by bending the knees. All body weight should be placed on the soles of the feet. Contract the core and keep your eyes forward. Weights should stay by your sides at all times. Inhale as you lower your bottom towards the Bosu and exhale as you slowly straighten your legs to return to starting position. Be sure not to put your body weight on your toes and keep your weight even on your feet.
