Bosu Ball Calf RaisesStand on the top of the Bosu with feet shoulder width apart. Press your toes down as you raise your heels as high as possible until your calves tighten. Without pausing, slowly lower the heels to the Bosu. For added difficulty, do not touch the heels to the Bosu during the exercise set. Keep your knees straight during the exercise and do not rock your body. If you feel unstable, place hands on a wall in front of you for added stabilization. For individuals with a strong core, hold a weight in each hand for added resistance. Do not forget to breathe during this exercise.
