Standing Bent Over Two-Arm Dumbbell Extension

With your feet shoulder width apart, bend over some. Hold two dumbbells with your palms facing in. To begin, raise the weights close to your hips. As you exhale, extend the weights behind you following a straight line, starting at your hips. Your arms should now be almost parallel to the floor. Pause as you feel your triceps contracting. Inhale as you return the weights to starting position, ending at the hips. Be sure to concentrate on the pattern of movement during the exercise. This exercise can be done with one arm at a time.
